Handmade paper insects and a paper sculpture depicting summer (kesä). A completely handmade sculpture, this is a keepsake, something that will always remind you of the fresh grass, dandelions growing, moss disappearing and adorable paper ladybird bugs or aphids. Each piece is made using special paper and paper mache and is mounted on natural tree bark. It has been painted using acrylic colours and pan-pastels.
 
The handmade paper insects (ladybirds or leppäkerttu) measure 1.5 cm and 1 cm respectively. The entire piece is 17 cm in height.
